Description

The Client Relationship Representative (CRR) II manages complex and strategic customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and the face of Purolator International for assigned clients. This role requires deep knowledge of internal processes, workflows, customer contracts, escalation procedures, quoting, and billing.

As a subject matter expert, the CRR II mentors’ new representatives support CRR Supervisors, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.

What Are Your Hours?

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
  • Includes a 1-hour lunch break for a total of 37.5 weekly hours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated high-complexity customer accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day customer inquiries including tracking, proof of delivery, pickups, returns, reporting, and billing issues from start to finish.
  • Provide quotes for all service types and resolve billing issues with complete follow-up.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with customers to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Support onboarding and implementation of new customers, including system setup, portal training, and first-day shipping support.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to confirm satisfaction and identify future needs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and make strategic recommendations based on customer needs, shipping trends, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve root-cause issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Mentor and train new CRRs; act as a backup to the CRR Supervisor when needed.
  • Travel up to 10% for customer visits, training, or meetings.

Experience

Who Are You?

You’re a customer-focused professional with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives on building relationships and solving problems. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros, data analysis).
  • Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience managing customer contracts and understanding service offerings.
  • Proven success in building customer relationships and achieving goals.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) preferred.
  • Skilled at identifying process improvements and developing solutions that impact business outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and team oriented.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent use of computers and phone for data entry and customer communication.
  • High volume of email and telephone/Teams interaction requires concentration and attention to detail.
  • Local travel to customer locations as needed (with advance notice).
  • Occasional overnight travel for training or meetings.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of vocational or business courses is preferred.
