Description
The Warehouse Support Rep II is an operation and data support role within the warehouse operation. This position supports the Supervisor and overall warehouse operations through a combination of hands-on freight handling, administrative processing, and system-based data entry. The role requires A SELF-MOTIVATING INDIVIDUAL WITH A strong attention to detail, independence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while supporting daily operational needs.

Harrisburg / MDT & Carlisle, PA
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm CST, 30 min lunch, 40 hours per week.
Schedule may vary based on operational needs. Flexibility required during training and peak periods.
Daily Functions May Consist of One or More of the Following
• Process freight on the warehouse floor, including loading and unloading trailers
• Build, stack, and palletize skids while verifying carton counts and freight accuracy
• Create routing sheets and operational paperwork within Beacon (ERP system)
• Prepare shipment documentation, labels, and reports (piece counts, skids, weights)
• Audit freight and documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Perform Beacon data entry and support inventory scanning processes
• Assist with customs-related scanning and document distribution (CCI / PARS)
• Communicate with internal teams regarding freight status, issues, and exceptions
• Provide operational floor support to ensure timely freight processing
• Assist with training and cross-training of new or existing employees
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Working Conditions
This position is performed in a warehouse environment and includes standing for extended periods, repetitive movements, and continuous physical activity. The role requires lifting packages typically weighing 25–35 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 70 lbs. Employees must be able to work safely in varying seasonal temperature conditions.
Work Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operations and/or freight processing experience
• Data entry or administrative experience within an operational environment preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience supporting or assisting with training preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile freight and documentation
• Ability to work productively in a largely independent environment guided by established processes
• Ability to follow direction and adapt to operational changes
• Effective communication skills in both warehouse and administrative settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and operate Beacon or similar ERP systems
