SHIFT: Mid-day Shift

Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST 

 

The Warehouse Support Associate will support the Warehouse Operation during the mid-day shift.  This position is responsible for the data and paperwork processing of our shipments.  Some warehouse floor processing duties may be required, but the main function is clerical operations work. 

 

This position requires computer proficiency, Excel reporting and problem solving mindset.  This position will be supporting the warehouse operation to ensure freight is processed accordingly & resolving problems.

 

This position will be responsible for data entry into our ERP system, so very good computer skills and some data entry experience is required.  

 

As needed, freight processing duties on the floor could involve scanning, stacking, wrapping packages on pallets, dims, etc.  This position will be cross trained in warehouse operations in order to support the needs of the operation. 

 

•            Must have strong computer experience; must be able to process shipments into enterprise system

•            Excel proficiency

•            Data Entry experience

•            Problem Solving skills and experience

•            Articulate; strong communication skills (verbal and written)

 

Working conditions under which the job is performed include, but are not limited to concentrated visual or auditory attention, repetitive movements (i.e. labeling, scanning, data entry), sitting for extended periods of time, standing as needed, heavy physical effort if needed (i.e. lifting, pushing, pulling), walking, bending, working in various temperature conditions.
