Job Summary:

The District Coordinator provides support for Operations, Service and Sales staff.  The main function of this role is to assist and coordinate District related projects, meetings, events, procurement and other areas.  This role will also work with our sales teams to assist them with presentations, projects, customer reporting, customer launches and customer onboarding.


SHIFT: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST, 1 hour lunch


LOCATION:  Taylor, MI 


Experience Required to Be Considered:

  • Minimum 5 years administrative experience with operations/cross-functional experience
  • Project coordination
  • Ability to host a call with internal stakeholders and customers– following an agenda
  • Reporting (creation of reports and manipulation of data using Microsoft Excel)


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Collects and consolidates sales & operations reports for District Manager to review.
  • Compile key data elements into a district dashboard for district manager to review and submit to Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage contract renewals of the district. Coordination with US contracts, account executives and DM. Sending of documents to customers via DocuSign and mail after execution.
  • Onboarding project management in Clarizen with Manager support. It includes daily follow up on tasks related to onboarding accounts with different departments, scheduling and running internal launch calls.
  • Processing of district invoices Work with our sales teams to assist them with presentations, projects, customer reporting, customer launches and customer onboarding.
  • Schedule appointments and/or meetings.
  • Takes on ad hoc projects while maintaining workflow and miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support. Provide support on general district activities for the district assigned by Manager.
  • Maintains faxes, printers and photocopiers. Monitor and manage inventory of office/warehouse supplies; order and distribute office/warehouse supplies as necessary


Skills & Abilities Required


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to anticipate what is necessary to successfully accomplish goals/objectives of management
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments under time constraints and demonstrate strong prioritization skills while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of work
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel intermediate proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • The candidate is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism.


Education and/ or Work Experience:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, warehouse, sales or distribution, would be a great asset, not required
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, statistical modeling and personal computer software would be a great asset, not required
  • Program Management training preferred
