Job Description

  • Assist Ramp Manager with the day to day Airside operation
  • Supporting and fostering a safety culture
  • Support productivity and effective operational goals/targets
  • Responsible for hiring, training and talent development within the Airside team
  • Provide Ramp Manager coverage during vacation/absenteeism
  • Complete audits to ensure compliance; service, scanning and procedures are accurately focused towards the customer experience
  • Ensure employees have necessary tools, resources, supplies and technologies to be effective in their role
  • Administrative duties as assigned, i.e. ordering supplies, time management
  • Liaise with various departments and levels of management
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Other duties as assigned




  • Three to Five years Purolator Experience or related leadership experience preferred
  • Self-Starter and action oriented (Self Directed)
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Must be able to function well and promote a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Comfortable with varying technology, cell phones, scanners, computers
