Shift: 37.5 hours/week - Flex Schedule between Monday to Friday: 7:00am-1:00am, Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-12:00am
Starting Pay Rate: $21.86/hour
Location: 140 Champlain Street, Suite 200. Dieppe, NB E1A1N8 - Must work from the center for training and nesting period, after which candidates can work from home.
Description
- Schedule customer pick‑up requests, ensuring accuracy of customer information on file.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding rates, transit times, products, and service procedures.
- Analyze shipment tracking information to provide timely status updates and resolve customer requests or concerns.
- Receive, document, and escalate customer complaints as required, while clearly communicating follow‑up actions and procedures to the customer.
- Route customer requests to the appropriate internal departments when necessary to ensure efficient resolution.
- Complete and maintain all required customer service documentation and forms accurately.
- Demonstrate strong decision‑making and judgment when scheduling calls, synthesizing multiple variables and selecting the most effective solution quickly.
Responsibilities
Must possess excellent oral communications skills in English and French.

- Basic Geography knowledge.
- Bilingualism required (French and English)

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
