Job Description

  • Coach and develop a team of employees: evaluate performance, provide feedback, follow up on concerns, identify training needs, attendance management, payroll administration, report preparation, etc.
  • Support Customer Contact Centre objectives
  • Support company policy and procedures
  • Workload management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Primary consideration of candidates that have supervisory/managerial experience
  • Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate a wide variety of duties and responsibilities
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse work group, team player
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and to initiate deadlines and time frames for assignments and follow-up
  • Ability to listen effectively and to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Must possess exceptional people skills and customer service skills
  • Be able to work under high pressure situations
