Job Description

  • Responsible for meetings with all carriers to review Service Level Agreement (SLA) On-Time Performance (OTP) scores and compliance to all other KPIs as specified in Contracted Agreement with carriers.
  • Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
  • Responsible for Eastern and Western RFP evaluation and carrier selection criteria
  • Operational process management
  • Establishing standards by which aligns to contracts performance for vendor Service Level Agreements (SLA) to Business Intelligence Dashboard for reporting Service KPI’s
  • Continuous Improvement projects
  • Daily Purolator Vendor readiness
  • Review daily controllable service failures with carrier management team.
  • Development and assessment of Carrier Peak Planning readiness
  • Onboarding of vendors program process set-up to assess their products, inquire about their services
  • Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
  • Regular sharing of best practices, and trends that highlight opportunity and risk to be considered further.
  • Identify and drive implementation of short-term to long-term initiatives to improve the service we provide our customers.
  • Management of MyCareer process for all employees
