Job Description


  • Satellite track linehaul units and pre-alert destinations of potential concerns
  • Mediate and resolve any disputes between terminals and outside carriers
  • Book linehaul movements
  • Track Trailer Untilization
  • Audit satellite usage and send out audit records
  • Assist with other functions with the Control Room as required
  • Other duties as assigned




  • Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership
  • Familiarity with PCL and/or Linehaul-type operations an asset
  • Knowledge of Linehaul routes and heavy equipment as asset
  • Knowledge of aircraft/aviation an asset
  • Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Bilingulism - French/English an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Proficient computer skills - Outlook, Word and Excel required



Location:                    Ontario Hub- 62 Vulcan St. Etobicoke ON M9W 1L2 

Hours of Work:          Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-4:30PM (Please note hours are subject to change in the new year to a rotational (continental)​​​​​​ schedule- will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights)
Working Conditions: Office Environment 

Reports to:                  National Control Centre Manager
