Description
The Support Representative, US & International Gateway, provides US/International service options to our customers by scanning, verifying shipper/receiver address, shipment contents, service (Air, Ground, Saturday, Dangerous Goods) and Dollar Value.
Responsibilities
- Process US/ International Shipments through UPS Connect System
- Take information from package/label, verify information, and input into the Connect System
- Verify shipment paperwork/ label, contents, county of origin, service, etc.
- Print/scan/photocopy involvices and documents
Additional Responsibilities
- Accurate capture of shipments
- Accurate capture of weights
- Accurate capture of dimensions
- Ensures all parcels have necessary paperwork
- Emails
- Scanning
- Other duties (as assigned)
Qualifications
- Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership
- Team Player
- PC literate
- Data entry skills (50-60 wpm)
- Data entry testing required
- Excellent organizational skills - ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
Experience
6 months experience in clerical/office environment type role
