  • Working on various programs on computer
  • Scanning/sorting/moving freight around the department
  • Resolution of problem shipments, returns
  • Dealing with customers/contact centres via phone
  • Assisting the retail staff and other clerical staff when required
  • Tracing Shipments to customers
  • Processing damages, retapes, and completion of documents
  • Data entry as required (spreadsheets, reports, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned


Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 4:15pm - 10:15pm (30 hours per week)

  • Excellent organizational skills - ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be physically fit – able to lift 70 lbs. unassisted
  • Able to work independently
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, well groomed
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good customer service & communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
