Un expert en formation fait preuve d’un haut niveau d’habileté de communication
- Consulte les clients afin d’identifier les exigences en matière d’apprentissage et développement et fait les recommandations nécessaires.
- Trouve des solutions efficaces en accord avec les objectifs de performance et de la compagnie.
- Participe aux réunions d’entreprise et est à jour sur les objectives et défis rencontrés par nos clients.
- Élargie constamment ses connaissances personnelles en matière d’apprentissage et développement.
- Suit les courants en matière de formation et de technologie.
- Aide les employés à obtenir, conserver, et améliorer les habiletés nécessaires dans leur rôle présent et futur.
- Développe, entraine, audite, et soutien un grand réseau de formateurs certifiés en milieu de travail (FMT)
- Demande l’avis de nos partenaires afin de développer des techniques d’amélioration de rendement en accord avec les buts fixés par l’entreprise.
- Mets en place des plans de formations qui ont pour but de renforcer les habiletés existantes des employés à supporter les activités de gestion de performance.
- Remets des plans de développement personnel et aussi de gestion.
- Est à la tête des initiatives d’apprentissage sociales en complément avec les plans de partage d’apprentissage et connaissance. Planifie, organise, dirige, fait le suivi et évalue un vaste éventail d’activités de formation.
- Cerne les besoins de formation.
- Remet un calendrier mensuel des activités de formation pour les clients.
- Mets en place et exécute des plans de développement pour les initiatives corporatives ainsi que pour l’implantation de nouveaux projets.
- Maintient à jour les dossier dans le système de gestion d’apprentissage en ligne.(LMS)
- En tant que gestionnaire de cours, assure l’exactitude et efficacité du matériel de développement.
- Évalue l’efficacité de la formation afin de s’assurer que le contenu de celle-ci est précis, pertinent et en accord avec les buts et stratégies de l’organisation.
- En partenariat avec L&DC, le responsable du contenu, et les développeurs pour mettre à jour ou renouveler les cours, lorsque nécessaire.
- Fait usage de sa créativité et connaissances technologiques afin de rendre les programmes plus accessibles, simples et moins coûteux.

Job Description
A training expert, demonstrating a high level of service delivery
- Proactively consult with customers to identify learning and development (L&D) requirements and recommend effective solutions that support performance and business objectives
- Participate in business meetings and stay current on objectives and challenges of customers
- Continuously expand personal knowledge in the business and L&D
- Understands training trends and technologies Help employees acquire, maintain, and improve their skills for current and future roles
- Develop, coach, audit, and sustain an optimal network of certified workplace trainers (WPTs)
- Consult with stakeholders to develop performance improvement interventions aligned with business goals
- Set up training plans to strengthen employees' existing skills in support of performance management activities
- Deliver management and personal development programs
- Lead social learning initiatives to complement training and foster knowledge sharing Plan, organize, direct, track, and evaluate a wide range of training activities
- Identify training needs
- Communicate a monthly calendar of training activities for customers
- Execute training delivery plans for corporate initiatives and new implementations
- Maintain accuracy of records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
A course owner, maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of training material
- Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure that the training delivered is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals and strategies
- Partner with L&DC, content owner, and developer to update or revamp courses when required
- Use creativity and leverage technologies to make programs more accessible, more holistic, and less costly.
