Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the Security, Loss Prevention billing & reconciliation business processes
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Director, Security & Loss Prevention
  • Provide ongoing technical support to field Divisional Loss Prevention team.
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly loss prevention reports
  • Liaise with various departments and levels of management
  • Handle customer service enquiries as needed
  • Participate in the compilation of claim statistics required for the annual district business plan
  • Liase with various districts and management regarding Security Incident Reports.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in word processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook)
  • 60 w.p.m. minimum
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous related experience and excellent telephone manner
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and follow up
  • Previous administrative and technical background
  • Excellent organizational skills – ability to work independently, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of PCL day-to-day operations is beneficial
