Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Pricing Department by ensuring accurate quoting, rating, audit and invoice processing, account set up and customer & vendor profile maintenance. Pricing Support Representative will be responsible and accountable for following:



  • Audit and rate LTL shipments to ensure the invoice completeness and accuracy
  • Process invoice adjustments
  • Investigate payment disputes
  • Track and follow-up on customer issues to ensure proper action plans are implemented
  • Reconcile Interline and Agent P&D Cost
  • Maintain & enter price into the system
  • Handle Sales and customer enquiries concerning rates, invoices
  • Liaise with various internal and external partners/customers and levels of management
  • Logistics billing
  • Special projects and assignments as required by Mgmt
  • Other duties as assigned



  • 2-3 years experience in Pricing/Rating/Accounting/Billing or equivalent educational background
  • Experience in dispute resolution, entering debits and credits
  • Knowledge of LTL industry an asset
  • Experience with various operation systems (CLI a definite asset)
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
  • Team player who can work also independently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous customer service experience and excellent telephone manner
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
