The role will also lead and support the creation of test strategies, develop and execute comprehensive test plans, and design detailed user stories and use cases that accurately translate business needs into technical and functional solutions. Through active involvement in project work, the Analyst will ensure BRIM processes, integrations, and enhancements are thoroughly validated and aligned to business expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle for BRIM-related enhancements, integrations, and enterprise-wide S/4HANA projects.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to elicit, refine, and document detailed business and functional requirements prior to design and development.
  • Provide hands-on subject matter expertise to project teams, operational groups, and business stakeholders across all BRIM processes.
  • Support production operations by analyzing and troubleshooting BRIM-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution, validation, and communication of fixes.
  • Prepare and deliver daily progress updates, execution summaries, and incident status reports to project teams, stakeholders, sponsors, implementation partners, and vendors.
  • Contribute to the design, review, and execution of test strategies and test plans for S/4HANA BRIM components and related enterprise applications.
  • Lead and oversee integration and regression testing for small to medium initiatives, ensuring end-to-end validation of BRIM processes and upstream/downstream interfaces.
  • Analyze test results to identify root causes, patterns, and potential impacts across BRIM functions including rating, charging, convergent invoicing, billing, and subscription lifecycle management.
  • Participate in audit and compliance reviews to ensure alignment and consistency between test, pre-production, and production environments.
  • Assess existing QA processes and recommend improvements to optimize test preparation, reduce manual effort, and enhance quality and compliance controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement of BRIM product quality through proactive analysis, structured feedback, and process optimization.
  • Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions and training to internal teams, sharing insights based on system behavior, test results, and BRIM functional expertise.

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive QA or software testing experience, preferably in SAP environments.
  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst with strong knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies.
  • Expertise in multiple testing types: unit, functional, smoke, regression, system, integration, and security testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and test management solutions.
