Description

The Change Manager, Enterprise Change is responsible for supporting the successful adoption of key business changes by applying structured change management methodologies, building stakeholder readiness, and enabling employees to effectively adapt to change. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Change, this role partners with project teams, functional stakeholders, and leaders to assess people impacts, mitigate risks, and support the delivery and sustainment of change initiatives. The Change Manager contributes to operational readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement to ensure changes are effectively implemented at the project and program level.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Change Management Delivery

Apply structured change management methodologies to support the people side of change across assigned initiatives.

Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness assessments to identify risks, barriers, and change implications.

Develop and execute change management plans, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement activities.

Support the execution of communication and training strategies aligned with project timelines.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between technical delivery and change activities.

Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and employee proficiency metrics.

Identify risks and issues and escalate as required.

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

Partner with business stakeholders to support engagement and readiness activities.

Support leaders and people managers in understanding their role in enabling change.

Help establish and maintain change champion networks to drive awareness and adoption.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and feedback loops to support change initiatives.

Change Framework & Continuous Improvement

Apply enterprise change management frameworks, tools, and templates to deliver consistent outcomes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management practices, tools, and templates.

Support the development of reporting and insights related to change readiness and adoption.

Ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards and change practices.

Project & Portfolio Support

Support portfolio-level initiatives by providing input into change impacts, risks, and readiness considerations.

Contribute to integrated project planning to ensure change activities are embedded within delivery plans.

Provide regular status updates on change activities and progress across assigned projects

Experience

Required Qualifications

  • University degree required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting or delivering change management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci certification is an asset).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Project management experience or certification (PMP) is an asset.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
