Job Description

 Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Billing Finance Shared Services, the Manager, Contract Implementation is primarily responsible for all contract implementation related functionalities.

The Manager acts as the Contract system control point and will liaison between the National Contracts team, Revenue Management, Sales leadership and Legal to ensure that: 


  • There are appropriate internal and external (customer) approvals in place for all contracted rates before loading into SAP
  • Agreed to rates are valid and appropriately (correctly) loaded into SAP


The Contract Implementation Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of our business contracts and it’s related data within our SAP system. This role is to provide leadership, guidance and accountability on the contract related activities that oversee the contract loading process within SAP, ensuring that all contractual agreements are accurately and timely inputted into the SAP system.


Overall, the Contract Implementation Manager is a critical role that contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's contractual obligations within SAP. They will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and efficient contract management processes within SAP, ultimately supporting the organization's financial and operational success with ensuring accuracy in our billing process.


Education – University

Experience – 4 years

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SAP necessary for performing daily job activities. Leadership training and a focused development of soft skills (Coaching, communication and building relationships).
