Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Team. This entry-level role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to develop their craft within a strategic brand environment.

The Graphic Designer will support various design requirements of creative assets to execution of brand campaigns and day-to-day creative needs across multiple channels, ensuring all materials align with brand standards and contribute to increased brand recognition and engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt, resize, and version creative assets for diverse channels and markets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Update templates, brand tools, and ensure brand guidelines are applied across all deliverables
  • Develop and execute creative assets for digital, print, social, presentations, and internal communications within Brand, Events, and Sales Enablement portfolios
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to bring concepts to life
  • Assist with photo/video shoots, organize assets, and manage content libraries
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and ensure timely, accurate project completion

 

Education

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience (internship or freelance experience considered)
  • Agency experience would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills
  • Understanding of digital design best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to receive feedback and apply revisions constructively
