Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

The Sales Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement in sales talent development and sales productivity by:

 

  • Continually Evolving the sales Rewards & Recognition program to make ensure we are continually reaching  people and providing value
  • Monitoring performance metrics of enablement programs and sales success
  • Proactively seeking regular feedback from sales leadership and field on pain points, priorities and opportunity areas
  • Sales event management and administering  of all commercial events, overseeing the collective coordination of all event information and resources; account management
  • Accountable for content management and administration of Seismic, ensuring its success as our primary global sales content management platform
  • Evolving Sales Communications  process and messaging that keep sales teams informed, engaged, and productive while encouraging their feedback
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships driving sales enablement through sales methodology reinforcement, virtual learning and vertical fluency

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Combination of 5 years of solutions selling/sales enablement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and programs involving cross-functional departments
  • Experienced with leveraging technology to build scalable programs
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic
