Manager Services Technology Billing and Revenue Innovation Management

Description

 

This role will manage all IT activities relating to SAP S/4 HANA, BRIM, and FICA (Order to Cash). The manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day support of the IT systems, internal client demands, planning development activities, and overseeing project delivery.

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of S/4 HANA, BRIM, and FICA systems, aligning them with our business objectives and strategies.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT systems including vendor management, portfolio management, and relationship management
  • Regarded as the primary escalation point for incidents, problems, business impact, and service restoration plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QAs and SMEs to define requirements and design solutions.
  • Manage demands for change coming from several sources including Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, IT (Operations), and service providers (continuous improvement).
  • Support the internal investment approval and project governance processes to organize development projects.
  • Manage service providers to deliver services required for the development, support, and maintenance of the IT systems relating to shipping channels.

Additional Responsibilities

 

  • Provide consultation to business units and lines of business in assessing changes and/or improvements through projects to SAP S/4 HANA, BRIM, and FICA.
  • Assess business impact and determine appropriate action.
  • Identify appropriate internal departments to help with the issue and work to resolve it.

Experience

 

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT Management
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and configuration, with a focus on BRIM and FICA modules
  • 3-5 years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide technical and junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of billing, revenue management, and financial accounting concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
