The Manager, of Marketing Operations, is responsible for managing Purolator’s Marketing Automation team. This team consists of a team of three marketing automation specialists with accountability for developing and executing marketing campaigns requested by multiple functional areas of the business leveraging the Purolator tech stack.



·  Support team problem solving of complex end-to-end solutions for executing marketing campaigns and marketing requests within the Purolator tech stack, building upon past lessons learned and best practices.

·  Work with team members to help identify areas for technical skill development and integrate them into individual development plans

·  Lead the team to ensure consistent approaches to end-to-end development and execution of campaigns inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud

·  Provide leadership with the goal of continued optimization of marketing campaigns through the team’s management of our marketing automation platform

·  Regularly oversee results of the email campaign and landing pages created using HTML/CSS/Amp Script and conduct day-to-day activities

·  Oversee results of ongoing maintenance and updates of data tracking used for attribution modeling using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and any other digital purchasing platform

·  Review & evaluate campaign performance reporting and web analytics as well as provide data-driven optimization tactics using platform tools for the team to integrate into future campaign development

·  Maintain and foster relationships with our external digital marketing strategic partners assisting Purolator with Marketing Automation



·  University Completion at master’s Level in Specialized or Occupational Field - Knowledge applied directly to work, Examples: M.B.A., M.L.S., M.S.W., L.L.B., Nutritionist

·  Over 5 years and including 7 years progressive experience

·  Advanced level knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and ecosystem including Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.

·  Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML (HTML5, Bootstrap Framework, Foundation Framework), CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, XML, PHP, SQL, and AmpScript (highly specialized programming language only used in Marketing Cloud).
