Job Description

  • Responsible for data collection of monthly numbers from the Purolator Retail Point of Sale System (POS)
  • Liaison with Payment Processing to ensure key activities in the field are being managed
  • appropriately through PPOS end of day balancing discrepancies
  • Manage escalated issues for Divisional Retail Managers, issues including but limited to:
  • track and trend service recoveries
  • Manage the execution of national communication plan to 600+ employees: newsletter, Workplace
  • Administration of daily activities to support Divisional Retail Mangers team including ordering supplies, and invoicing
  • Assist with managing the Retail budget report, completing monthly accruals  and creating PO’s for Retail projects
  • Work closely with finance lead to ensure monthly budget spend is tracked and monitored
  • Training support for the Retail Operations Manager: assisting with the preparing of
  • course material, maintain training records for national retail group and agents
  • Assist the Senior Retail Director with monthly management reports, conference calls and Business dashboard communication
  • Creating and maintaining monthly reports and secured document management (voids, adjustments)
  • Assisting departmental projects where needed for Divisional Retail Field Managers



  • 5 to 10 years business experience
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong retail operations and process knowledge
  • Strong computer knowledge in excel, word, power point and internet
  • Problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Detailed oriented and the ability to accurately report on metrics
  • Must be able to function well in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
