Description
This position is responsible for administering and evolving the Pricing Program, with a focus on analyzing win-loss data and price acceptance metrics to inform strategic pricing decisions. The role will also support broader marketing initiatives related to pricing, contributing to the overall effectiveness and competitiveness of the organization's pricing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Contract Administration Support: Assist in managing the contract portfolio, including renewals, validations, amendments, and ensuring contract data accuracy.
- Pricing Support: Assist in the implementation of annual price adjustments and evaluate the impact of pricing changes on customer contracts in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct basic data analysis on pricing, revenue trends, and customer performance; generate reports to support decision-making.
- Perform analysis of pricing requests: process requests for band pricing, amendments to the contracts bearing low risk of impacting account margins, support Revenue Management team to complete pricing related tasks.
- Issue Resolution: Help identify and resolve administrative and pricing discrepancies in customer contracts, ensuring consistency with policy and compliance standards.
- Account Monitoring: Track and review customer accounts for compliance with revenue commitments and contractual terms; flag deviations for senior team members.
- Process Coordination: Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams during pricing reviews, contract updates, and Pricing Committee activities
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain proper documentation for pricing decisions and contract changes, and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving tools, processes, and data quality within the Revenue Management function
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience is desirable.
- Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
