Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support our ongoing CRM and business process initiatives. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather requirements, map business workflows, translate needs into Salesforce solutions, and support enhancements to improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication ability, and hands-on experience working with Salesforce capabilities and configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for developers and configuration specialists.
  • Support configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts (or guide configuration through the development team).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, test, and deliver enhancements and new features.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including process maps, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback loops to ensure solution quality.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure adoption and understanding of new functionalities.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and recommend opportunities to enhance business processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience and professional development.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with CRM or enterprise systems.
  • Practical experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem in a business or functional capacity.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow design.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, requirements documents, process diagrams, and test plans.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, requirement sessions, or end-user training sessions.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Hands-on configuration in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, flows, fields, validation rules).
  • Experience with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Any Salesforce certifications, such as:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (highly preferred)
    • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
    • Platform App Builder
  • Exposure to data analysis, data transformations, or integration projects involving Salesforce.
