Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations Excellence, the Senior Manager, Change Management will lead a team of Change Managers that are responsible for managing transformational change on strategic projects. This role will also lead business critical change initiatives to support Purolator through organizational, process and technology transformations.


  • Lead a team of Change Managers to deliver and execute on business plans.
  • Develop direct reports through coaching and mentoring to foster a high performing team.
  • Manage budget for Organizational Change Management (OCM) function.
  • Lead change management work stream on key projects applying a structured change management methodology and process for managing the people side of change.
  • Complete change assessments and evaluate results to create the appropriate change management strategies and plans.
  • Coach and reinforce change with client group and support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
  • Advise leadership of enterprise change risks and best practices on effective implementation of change.
  • Define and measure success metrics. Create reporting to track and monitor change progress.



  • University degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in organizational change management.
  • Expertise with change management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing change management plans.
  • Change Management Certification desired. Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team to deliver on goals and targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to influence others, at all levels within the organization, and move towards a common goal.
  • Solid computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
