Job Description

The successful candidate will:


  • Lead the sales and market penetration efforts to drive inbound volumes for Purolator from rest of world origin markets.
  • Identify strategic partners in key origin markets that form relevance to grow Purolator’s international business.
  • Research and identify target pursuits that provides potential partnerships for Purolator
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure Implementation of standard SOP’s and processes for all pipeline opportunities and customer onboarding.
  • Develop commercial engagement programs in conjunction with marketing which would form the core selling proposition for Purolator’s international partners in origin markets.
  • Drive and deliver international rest of world business revenue targets and incorporate continuous improvement by working with cross functional stakeholders within the business.
  • Collaborate with the business to deliver the go-to-market plan and sales strategy for international rest of world markets. 
  • Track competitive landscape in international markets to provide inputs and shape Purolators overall rest of world inbound market development strategy. 


Qualifications and skills


  • Business degree. MBA preferred
  • Sales / Business development experience within the logistics industry with exposure to international account management.
  • Prior selling experience to European and Asian Markets is an advantage.
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Cross cultural experience and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of detail and accuracy constantly meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional sales & business development skills.
  • Flexibility to Work in multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and provide sufficient influence to achieve success
  • Working knowledge in e-commerce platforms is an advantage
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
