Job Description

  • Performing mechanical repairs for drive units (motor and gear boxes)
  • Performing repairs on hydraulic and pneumatics systems
  • Performing basic electrical work
  • Performing installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on material handling equipment
  • Performing non-structural welding work
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership
  • Licensed industrial mechanical certificate or equivalent with at least 5 years experience
  • Knowledge of basic electrical work
  • Background must include demonstrable knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Welding, fitting, and or machine shop experience an asset
