Position Details
Monday - Friday
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
20 hours per week
Pembroke Terminal (980 Cecelia St, Pembroke, ON K8B 1A4)
Hiring date: Onboarding to begin in May 2026
The Support Representative, Shipment Resolution, resolves problem and return shipments within the assigned terminal in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Contact customers or colleagues to obtain and enter package information or resolve delivery issues
Scan, sort, and reorganize undelivered freight and process freight damages
Prepare packages for redelivery (tracking data, labels, repackaging, etc.)
Inspect damaged packages
Use computer applications (i.e., Salesforce) to track completed customer shipments and review and close case logs
Audit arrivals and communicate any delays to the Unit Manager and Regional Retail Manager
Place resolved shipments in approved areas
Additional Responsibilities
Experience working in a team environment
PC/POS literate
Data entry skills (ability to type 40 wpm)
Professional communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills – ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
Good attendance, uniform compliance and attention to detail
Must be able to lift 70 lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals
Education
Experience
3 months experience in customer service
Skills
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
