Operations Support Representative

The Operations Support Representative collects, enters, and tracks data used in reporting and prepares manager reports and maintains documents to ensure document accuracy and proper completion. The representative troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory / equipment to ensure continuous operation.


To ensure all operational procedures and policies are followed
Maintain effective clerical operations and implementation of policies and procedures
Prepping outbound freight - US International Shipments
Communicate directly with customer via email/phone and liaise with Canada Customs
Dealing with customers/contact center 
Reviewing all documentation for compliance
Scanning/sorting/moving freight
Other duties as assigned 
Professional manner when dealing with customer complaints/concerns. 
Knowledge of all operational policies and procedures

Maintain strong customer service skills through complaints.

Data entry skills and experience

Must be able to lift 70lbs

Must be a team player, must be versatile - able to work in a fast paced environment.

Must obtain a clear criminal record check on an annual basis.


Additional Responsibilities



3 months experience working with computers / technology (e.g., word processors, document management systems, scanners, etc.)
3 months experience troubleshooting for scanners and printers
