Job Description

The Fleet Parts Specialist will be assisting the Part Manager with all aspects of maintaining a garage stockroom and will purchase parts, supplies, fluids, tires, special parts, order, receive, and put away.


·  Responsible for purchasing parts, supplies, fluids, tires, special parts, ordering, receiving, and putting away

·  Responsible for credit recovery and price checking

·  Monitoring inventory levels to ensure inventory is sufficient for current needs/ correct physical counts

·  Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, update bin boxes and barcodes

·  Monitor PMs for measuring/lifting devices and torque wrenches and coordinate inspections

·  Assist with equipment disposal

·  Other duties assigned


·  Strong knowledge of the fleet maintenance System

·  1-year experience is required

·  Excellent Communication Skills

·  Ability to work independently

·  Must also be a team player with a strong focus on internal customer requirements

·  Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
