Job Description

  • Area coverage within Western Canada
  • Responsible for visiting Free-standing and Terminal retail locations to ensure national store standards are being met
  • Ensure regular store maintenance is being maintained
  • Support contact for alternate drop off locations
  • Ensure employee's are engaged and informed about current policies and procedures
  • Assist with handling customer complaints and inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining store schedules
  • Responsible for scheduling and assisting with classroom training and record keeping
  • Manage Retail standards compliance in all retail locations
  • Assist with tracking and reporting key performance metrics
  • Attend Management meetings as required


  • Prior Retail, shipment resolution and customer facing experience an asset.

  • Must be able to travel within Western Canada as required

  • Excellent Computer Skills - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

  • Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership
  • One to three years Purolator Experience preferred
  • Prior retail and customer facing experience an asset
  • Self-Starter and action oriented (Self Directed)
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Must be able to function well and promote a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office

Reports to:                  Divisional Retail Manager Western Canada
