Responsibilities

•    Drive and enforce RFX processes by reviewing requests for information/proposals and soliciting feedback from internal teams, as necessary while enforcing all customer-        driven and Proposal Centre-driven deadlines
•    Create high quality proposal responses for submission
•    Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure wins/losses and frequency of RFX requests and create and deliver reports to Manager, as required.
•    Ensure seamlessness of the proposal process in circumstances where another Proposal Specialist is absent
•    Effective at preparing proposals, creating and continuously updating a library of proposals and standard answers
•    Continuously maintain the Proposal Zone; library of FAQs; response templates (by vertical); regional contact lists
•    Perform other work as assigned
 

Experience

•    Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•    Effective analytical/ problem-solving skills and an ability to provide, in a positive and effective manner, clear and concise direction to the organization on, among other things, processes and the interpretation of KPI Data
•    Experience working closely with a sales team
•    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•    Solution focused with a winning “can do” attitude
•    Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
