Description
This position is responsible for supporting 18 terminals located across the province of Quebec by providing assistance with inventory, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining operational standards to promote efficiency and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for visiting independent retail locations and terminals to ensure store standards are maintained
- Ensure regular store maintenance is upheld
- Serve as a support contact for other pick-up/drop-off locations
- Ensure employees are engaged and informed of current policies and procedures
- Assist with handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Assist with planning and maintaining store schedules
- Responsible for planning and supporting classroom training and maintaining records
- Manage compliance with retail standards across all locations
- Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
- Attend management meetings as required
Education
- Post secondary education preferred
Experience
- Consistently demonstrate core competencies in communication, innovation, change management, relationship building, and leadership
- Retail and customer service experience is considered an asset
- Self-starter with a strong action-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and promote a team-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
