Job Description

  • Manage operations including staff deployment, analysis and planning of roads productivity.
  • Manage productivity.
  • Manage a group of unionized employees, including selection and hiring, job assignments, performance evaluation, supervision, training and professional development, attendance, discipline.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Quality Assurance system and tools and contribute to the continuous improvement of service.
  • Manage labour relations and in particular the implementation of the collective agreements in effect, including settling of grievances, work schedules, health and safety.
  • Communicate information from the company including policies, practices, regulations, procedures and programs.
  • Produce and submit daily reports on the operational activities of the shift.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters the employees’ engagement in a spirit cooperative teamwork.
  • Other related duties.




  • DEC/ Community College Degree or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in operations environment with a good grasp of methods and procedures.
  • Experience in management and coaching unionized employees.
  • Demonstrated Leadership, credibility and ability to mobilize employees.
  • Abilities in labour relations and interpersonal relations.
  • Good bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mind, ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Autonomy, ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, superior aptitude for organization, planning and supervision.
  • Knowledge of job-related computer applications





Location:                    223 - Trois-Rivieres  
Working Conditions: Office Environment; Retail Center Environment; Warehouse Environment
