Job Description

We are searching for an experienced technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to manage our technical vacancies. You are focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines. With a focus on recruitment of technical roles, and identifying technical skills in a fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with hiring managers to fill current role and identify future job openings.
  • Sourcing and screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Presenting qualified pre-screened candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Coaching hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Partner in the process for offer letters.

 

Qualifications

  • University education, with a focus in HR Management is preferred or a Certificate in HR
  • 5+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition is required
  • Proven track record as a recruiter with experience hiring technical roles
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms and tools (ex. Job boards, social media, assessment tools, etc.)
  • Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
  • Successful record of managing external recruitment vendors and partners through day-to-day recruitment, as well as assessing vendor performance
  • The ability to utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for efficiencies and improvements to the candidate, recruiting and hiring manager experience.
  • Prior experience partnering with a regional or national HR team to understand recruitment gaps and develop recruitment tools, programs, and campaigns to support a best-in-class, standardized approach to recruitment. Strong problem-solving skills & organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a highly collaborative environment with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple activities
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products is required
