Description
Purolator is seeking a Co-Op Student to support the Return-to-Work team (disability management of occupational claims). This is a great opportunity for an individual currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution studying Human Resources, including administration, looking to grow their experience.

The role will consist of handling a variety of administrative tasks while providing support to the Return-to-Work team and employees regarding disability management-related activities, processes, strategies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Reporting of CNESST/WCB claims
- Preparation of forms and documents for the management of CNESST/WCB claims
- Answer calls and emails
- Entry and maintain data in the system
- Work closely with internal partners to communicate information
- Review and track workplace injuries in the case management system
- Send and receive the various correspondences to the CNESST/WCB
- Review and gather documentation from internal partners
- Other related duties.
Experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- Able to travel to the office when required
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Creative mindset, thinks outside the box and passionate about the employee experience
- Fluency in French is Required.
