Hiring Manager: Pascale Gauthier, Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Duration: 4 months
Are you looking for an exciting co-op term within a warm and motivated team to kickstart your career in the field? Join the Purolator team!
- Support the Human Resources team located in Montreal and various regional offices.
- Perform data entry and tasks in the integrated HR management system (reports, employee files).
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and/or onboarding process.
- Get involved in various HR projects/initiatives.
Experience
- Demonstrated fundamental skills in communication, innovation, change management, relationships, and leadership
- Post-secondary studies in HR or related field (e.g., legal field, administrative field).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingualism an asset.
- Knowledge of software and computer applications related to work.
- Strong customer service orientation - ability to communicate effectively about HR initiatives, functions, policies, and procedures.
- Strong adaptability.
